I'm very lucky to be a part of one of the top most ranked company in distribution transformers manufacturing in INDIA. It's great learning experience to work over here. Work environment is very positive here. Surely your job is completely secured here!

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high here because of clients in all over world. You need to sacrifice in terms of salary compared to others. Salary growth is too slow.

I'm working as a production Engineer. So I do supervision and InProcess testing of Transformers.

Voltamp gives me good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
