Poor leadership. Decision that comes from top leaders are not backed by practical and quantitative approach. So there is no transparency on why a decision is being taken. They do not consider performance rather consider fondness. No practical approach on measuring performance of employees. Certain roles have people who lack minimum skill set requires for that role. So if one thinks he had performed very well as per data, he might be laid off if he had not developed relations with or not closed to top leaders. That is how job security is. Specific people takes care of maximum responsibility. Friday off are for specific team not for everyone. Saturday/Sunday are off for specific team only. There is no compensation benefit for teams who work on Saturday/Sunday even though they are entitled to take off as per HR policy.
