The company on the whole is an excellent organization to be associated with. It has a very strong HR and with increasing diversity ratio. The company also is very strict about its employees safety and practices "Right to Refusal" in case the employee feels unsafe. Also the HR continuously organises various seminars and workshops for the betterment of its employees.

Dislikes

The only dislike is for the sales employees as they do not have Work life Balance. You are always expected to be available on calls irrelevant of the time.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
