Excellent work place I am erstwhile Idea but once merger happend enjoy the Job and Learn new thing with Red Team.

Dislikes

Spend Quality of years with this company once Covid-19 period came in india these people not scanning of his employee and out. I always performed and sit in Top 3 ASM but once company take decision you are not in parking no one not able to give the answer Why I m not Safe ??. Its really a tough time for me and my family which always hurt me.

Idea was a very good company before it merged with Vodafone. Company policies was good and his HR was always stand with his team members.

Dislikes

I think merging Idea with Vodafone Group is the biggest mistake of Birla Group. still the hearts of the employees have not merged (Yellow Red). After merged with Vodafone, Idea not follow his Values and ethics. Vodafone Idea laid off over 4000 employees in last 2 years.
