Toxic work culture, never pay salary on time, never provide salary slip and imp documents on time, have to extend daily and have to work on holiday also. They will promise you to provide wfh after training but never approve your work from home. No policy

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
