VNR is a good platform if you haven't worked with any equipments in your college so you will get your hands on it frequently. Relaxed culture, you will not feel like working in intense pressure. Do read what I dislike.

Dislikes

A PhD, Postgraduate and a Undergraduate should not have high hopes while joining VNR because your ideas and knowledge will be ignored which could be very beneficial in some other company who are ready to appreciate and work on it. So no idea credits your knowledge is a waste. VNR is dominated by 12th or 10th pass employees who are working as a robot, if a graduate has some doubt you cannot discuss it with your teammates you need to ask your senior 4-6 year experience who is maybe a Postgraduate depending over internet for your answers, you will be asked to think about it more and then he/she will google that stuff and then after sometime give you the answer. A seriousness in laboratory is a myth in VNR, when you're in lab you're supposed to maintain silence, cleanliness and hygiene but you will find some employees singing local songs, eating tobacco, wearing same shoes in lab which they wore in toilets and bathrooms. Salary is the minimum wage of India I.e. for a Postgraduate itll be around 10-13k, not more than that.
