My coworkers at VLCC are my extended family members. There’s no point in saying anything about salaries or job satisfaction as they’ve been great for me. I’m thankful to VLCC for giving me a chance to work with such wonderful people.

Only Teaching. Being a faculty sometime u will get some nice salon services.

Education is secondary part mainly sales pressure is there. Have 2 yrs contract. Before 1 yr if someone leave the company will not get experience letter as well but notice period they have to serve. Marketing Promotional activities(BTL) for the company in different colleges are mandatory which is done by mainly faculties as well as sales team. Getting the contact details through promotional activities(BTL) important to upload company's software to generate leads for telecalling. No salary hike, very less increment will happen, that to depend on how u perform in each months sales target. Internal politics is there. No growth as much. Sundays are optional leave. If someone come Sundays then they will get comp off, no extra money. No overtime pay. Particularly every months last few days are horrible as huge sales pressure are there. If the team achived everyone will get incentives, that is also distributed as per Institute's head decision. So, salary is less but incentives are ok....Read More

I really enjoyed the working but people who are working there for longer time will take all the credit making you feel worthless. That's the only reason for high attrition rate

Company salary provide on timely per month, company products was very good.

Dislikes

Company culture was very poor,and management not taking any action market feedback issue. Company manager not taking seriously employees issue.

Anything and everything CMD is the route cause of all the problems. This company sales has been de growing tear after year and one day sooner this company will be either sold out or shut.
