VLCC is very Good Brand in terms of Technology and Treatments ,regular trainings being provided by management and most importantly your job is secured whatever you do .

The worst part about organization is that senior management always supports wrong people and they promote them for sake of sales they are not concerned with how this seniors (centre heads) are getting sales they are just interested in money due to which the women who are genuinely honest and hardworking suffers. the enviornment is very dirty it can destroy your mental and physical health both.

I really enjoyed the working but people who are working there for longer time will take all the credit making you feel worthless. That's the only reason for high attrition rate

Company salary provide on timely per month, company products was very good.

Company culture was very poor,and management not taking any action market feedback issue. Company manager not taking seriously employees issue.

Kuch tha hi nhi like krne k liye sab bakwas h bekar management kisi ko kisi se matlab nahi or naahi help karte hain bs ek dusre pe kaam daalne ki aadat hain yaha ke superior logo ko or in sab niche walo ki maarti hain.

Don't join as a business analyst or data analyst or mis in vlcc bcoz data is not correct in the company and you will pissed off between this. Honestly your life will get horrible if you join this company. And only this company running on name of Vandana luthra. This company comes under Carline and so much work load not weekoffs every time u will get call from your supervisor for work.
