I like to work with only morning shift because, we interact with client continuously.

Dislikes

Working with 3 shifts. Life is unbalanced every month. Also, management addressed meaningless mistakes. Also, they don't against clients' rules for employees. Always work as a copy pest.

It was a good experience to work with team Vizitech. Being a japanese bilingual I got much more opportunities to extend my skills. Team leaders, managers are very supportive.

Less no of employees so there are issues with week off. No increments for long time. No bonus. No transport facility.
