Work culture is ok ok. Don't expect so much if you r at junior levels bcoz only position is respected not the people.

Like any other psu, politics is there.. if you are at below levels.. don't expect much support and quality work.

Excellent work life balance being a Navratna PSU. Workload is mild in many dept. Excellent training and Professional development approach.

Dislikes

Physical Working Environment includes working un Dust,Heat,noise for some dept. Compenstaion is same for every dept for same post., irrespective of workload.

Job is secure, good amount of time for learning, work time is perfect

Dislikes

Only one weekly off, career growth is slow, less pay compared to others

Work Details

My work is related to maintenance of electric machines. For executives it is hectic work. If any breakdown occurs, issue has to be diagnosed and to be rectified as early as possible under the pressure of superiors.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
