Sir Kindly never judge or take action on employee without hearing a single word from him. To be frank if it was some one else in my place he would have committed suicide in this situation. I lost my job because my superiors judged me by hearing the comments of only one side (terminal dept), i dint even got a chance to explain whatactually happened, without any warning or notice i got removed from the system even though i was not guilty. i was rewarded with termination for all my hard work, sincearity and loyality. Even now also if any one ask me i can give explanation with date and time for what actually happened and why it happened. The issue was of just an one poster which was removed from some one else so many days after i sticked it at an oultlet. Just for that small reason my terminal manager highlighted it and said so many lies in front of city manager and my boss without hearing any thing from my side he just dumped me. Sir Kindly never do like this suddenly without any prior notice or warning even if some one is guilty because it will not only effect single person but it will effect his whole family coz may be they are dependent on him....Read More
