Overall income is healthy here but only problem is that they give fixed cost i.e. salary part less and more variables. Variables are higher than salary here, for that its very difficult to negotiate in other company while interview.

Office is nearby from my home and timing is very best 10 to 6 and lunch time is 1 hour is a plus point and work culture I like but sometimes is crucial.
