Dislikes

* As a startup, there can be some work pressure due to tight delivery timelines for clients. * Requirements are often communicated verbally rather than through detailed documentation, which can be challenging for both freshers and experienced professionals. * Other than that, there aren't many major concerns.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
