I'm happy with the salary they give me. Also, in terms of appraisals, top performers can get more than standard raises. Besides, we have a process where the company asks us for feedback often. I learn much from my seniors; they're easy to talk to.

Employees are asked to work extra hours on projects without extra pay, and believe that shouldn't be the case.

when it's time for appraisals, company doesn't stick to set pay raises. Instead, they reward people based on how well they do their job, which i believe is a positive aspect for top performers

Company is good from every point of view. People here are supportive and approachable, maintaining a courteous demeanor. I haven;t witnessed anyone speaking rudely or inappropriately. Without a doubt, I would recommended working here if you seek a peaceful and productive work environment.

No extra compensation, if you are asked to work overtime. This is the only con I see here.

From what I;ve observed, the HR policies are detained with transparency. We maintain a disciplined work approach, and there;s a completely fair environment where your performance and dedication to work matter the most.

Some teams are required to work six days a week, which, in my opinion, doesn't seem fair.

The company regularly asks us for our opinions through surveys and polls to know what we think. It's nice because it shows that they care about what we have to say. When they take action based on our feedback, it makes us feel appreciated and valued.

There;s no quick hire-and-fire practice in this company. You;ll be given chance to enhance your skills and perform effectively. Even if you;re not meeting the expectations initially, seniors will support you with constructive guidance to help you improve.

I'm genuinely content with our HR team- they're extremely helpful. They explain policies clearly to every employee, and this is with an intention to adhere employees to maintain a fair and disciplined work environment. Also, they're very much systematic at keeping employees records, and documentation- making it easy to get what you need without repeating requests. This wasn't the case in my last job. If you are a fresher then it is okay to work because the Interview rounds are not tough it is also because the salary is equals to stipend.

Please Keep these Points in your mind whenever someone going to work there. a.) Company is old but didn't able to grow at a good rate because of their work culture and tech team. b.) Very Hectic and negative work Culture you always works in a pressure so the chances of creativity remains no more. c.) Clearly not for people above 2+ years Exp. d.) Pay is very less also don't ever expect a good appraisal. e.) Its a Family driven company not a proper tech company. Regular audit happen both internally and externally. They encourage us to try out different roles. within departments, which helps us grow. Working on various projects exposes me to new challenges and skills. Colleagues are supportive and cooperative, making teamwork strong and beneficial. Stating it straight- I haven't found any downsides, and I'm pretty sure there aren't any.

Having food has never been a problem in this company, which is a big relief for me since I can't cook. Here, in company's canteen, we get lunch at subsidized prices. We also get free evening snacks every day. Besides, other things are good too.

The only issue U see is that of the half day & work hours, it is of 6 hours, and I believe it is not really half of the day.

Deserving people grow quickly here. You can pick up extra skills. You get freedom and space. They notice and value your work with thorough reviews. We have fun celebrating festivals and engaging in activities inside the office. We also have outdoor picnics and entertainment.
