If you are a fresher then it is okay to work because the Interview rounds are not tough it is also because the salary is equals to stipend.

Please Keep these Points in your mind whenever someone going to work there. a.) Company is old but didn't able to grow at a good rate because of their work culture and tech team. b.) Very Hectic and negative work Culture you always works in a pressure so the chances of creativity remains no more. c.) Clearly not for people above 2+ years Exp. d.) Pay is very less also don't ever expect a good appraisal. e.) Its a Family driven company not a proper tech company. No Clear HR Policies there are 1-2 persons who takes all of the major decisions. f.) Pay is very less according to the work and pressure that exists there. g.) Deserving people grow quickly here. You can pick up extra skills. You get freedom and space. They notice and value your work with thorough reviews. We have fun celebrating festivals and engaging in activities inside the office. We also have outdoor picnics and entertainment.

The HR team here is really efficient at their job. They promptly address any concerns and are highly responsive. They are particular in record-keeping and documentation, ensuring employees aren't unnecessarily asked to resubmit documents repeatedly. They handle these matters very carefully, spring employees with any unnecessary trouble.

As of now, I haven't faced any issues, so I can;t comment on any cons.

It;s friendly, and everyone is welcoming and communicates respectfully. We have in-house festival celebrations and engagement activities that we really enjoy. These events help us relive stress, and make us feel refreshed. Also, we have outdoor picnics and entrainment activities.

Here, we've half day of 5 hours which I am not happy with. Rest all good.

As this is my first job, the corporate culture and exposure is new for me. I am liking the fact that i am getting real time hansd on experience. Working on different domain projects is good for knowledge gaining. Client requirements are challenging many times, but it allows you to grow as a Software Engineer. The team i am a part of is fantastic, and there are no issues.

Having food has never been a problem in this company, which is a big relief for me since I can't cook. Here, in company's canteen, we get lunch at subsidized prices. We also get free evening snacks every day. Besides, other things are good too.

The only issue U see is that of the half day & work hours, it is of 6 hours, and I believe it is not really half of the day.
