The only Downside I'd mentions is all Saturday's are working, which can sometimes affect the work life balance. if they could consider implementing alternate Saturday's off, i think it would further enhance the work - life balance of the employees. overall its a fantastic place to work!

The only downside for me would be the fact that Saturdays are working days . if the company could introduce an alternate Saturdays off policy it would really enhance the work -life balance other than that , I truly enjoy being part of this company and look forward to growing here!

I've had wonderful experience with this company. The work culture is nice, helpful and collaborative efforts . Team is friendly ,salary paid on 1st of every month which is good, work life balance I will say its ok , but can be very good if Saturday working off would be considered. over all its great company to work for long term perspective.

Nothing to like, The top management don't care about what happened in branches. The only way you go up is by polishing boot of HOD. Hard working guys have no place here.

Dislikes

Poor Management skills. Boot Polishing Employees will get promotion. Top Management look only for over all sales and not who is pulling there weight and who is just sitting and eating by doing polish. Work culture is very bad in bangalore branch and everyone wants to leave as soon as possible.
