I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Nice place to work with friendly staff and management. Worked during Pre Opening time, learned a lot of new thing and trainings.
