One of the worst company where Micro-Management is the only moto of the senior leaders, no skills in the leaders, Vitrana is the burning train and whosoever joins will definitely regrets in few months, will get torchered alot.

Dislikes

Hard to survive. No ethics in the employees, management is even more unethical. They are inhumans and worst people you will meet in the whole universe. Vitrana Management is not life savers but they are life takers. Worst Management. You will regret after serving in this company Office timings 24/7 , no leave , no personal life
