The company has a healthy, open work environment. An open door policy is followed and the upper management is accessible to al the employees. The culture is very good, with a mix of young and experienced employees and there is a good rapport between everyone. There is no formal dress code and semi-formals are allowed. Salaries are provided on time.

Dislikes

There is no real growth in this company. I would advise against continuing in the company for any fresher. The technology used is atleast 10 years old and the company is satisfied with that. There is hardly any development and the programmers spend most of theur time implementing the same age-old solution for different clients.
