Where to start, well It's an organisation where buttering will survive over talent. People old enough in the organisation are there because they do yes sir, people who want to work based on their skill sets are never appreciated. Top management is not supportive at all and not ready to adopt any new technology because they believe they know it all. Managers will humiliate you in front of everyone and put the blame of their incompetency on you. No work life balance, if you stay till 9 pm , then you are considered as a good employee even if you are watching Netflix but people who meet deadlines and wish to have a work life balance will never survive here. People around you are good, every employee seems like to be backing each other up except managers. Timings are not that strict. Not much things to like about this company, it's very hard to recall any good experience

Not all but most of the managers are the worst, work life balance is a joke. Nothing much learn here. No growth either it be skill wise or knowledge wise. Most of the time the person keeps on doing the same thing again and again like a bot everyday, without even a single change in the process. No one to take much help from, most of the time you've figure it out yourself. It's irritating the amount of questions you've to go through to get the leaves you've earned. Not much choice for food in cafetaria, not much initiative from the company for the employee to stay. Wearing formals is compulsory. If you have a choice just skip this company....Read More
