Where to start, well It's an organisation where buttering will survive over talent. People old enough in the organisation are there because they do yes sir, people who want to work based on their skill sets are never appreciated. Top management is not supportive at all and not ready to adopt any new technology because they believe they know it all. Managers will humiliate you in front of everyone and put the blame of their incompetency on you. No work life balance, if you stay till 9 pm , then you are considered as a good employee even if you are watching Netflix but people who meet deadlines and wish to have a work life balance will never survive here.
