No Job security. Records of trainees not maintained then it consider as an unemployment even if we work also as there is no ESI,PF, not giving payslips so we cant show work experience. Make to work for prolonged hours without any benefits. Increment for production and quality department is 2500 to 3000 which is very less when compared to other companies having same or less turnover. HR Policy is very bad as they don't care about employees and their basic needs. No career growth as trainees continues as trainee for 5 to 10 years even performance is good.
