I thinks I am no longer a part of this company. I have never seen a company who use to involve in such nonsense, unprofessional, unethical and illegal practices. They use to call VISION FAMILY to make fool while doesn't know the real meaning of family. They aren't bother to communicate with team.

Dislikes

The work of the company in witch the money spent by itself comes back from the company after 4 to 6 months, in witch the company decides how much the expenditure was to be.

The job has not be resumed since the Covid-19 crisis.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
