Temperature check during in and out using Temperature scanner. Sanitization of plant complete area at thrice a day. Liquid sanitizers per dept for ensuring 100% sanitization during work flow. Mask compulsory during operations with separate company embossed mask for every individual employee made of pure cotton. Health enrichment by means of hot Khadha one in a day as compulsory drink in morning during tea time. No external member allowed without permission and with all due covid care for visit, with necessary social distancing during discussion at plant site or discussion floor....Read More

Empowerment can be still improved at department level. Cost effectiveness need to be more visual for it's impact up to lower level.
