Nothing to Say everything worst . Please dont waste your career for just a salary hike. you will grind in this company from culture wise , financial stress wise.

worst company to work working culture is very bad company is operating on bhagwaan bharose after fire in one plant , there is no cash flow in the company no future. bcz finance doesn't understand how to do finance. Salary delay in every month from last 1.5 years 20-25th of every month salary is credited sometine it is not sure also that salary will credit or not. Company has 2 persons who runs GM finance and VP operations else director is lazzy person and a puppet of above mentioned 2 persons. Director will talk about big big things but all in air.baseless . faltu. VP operations is marathi and all family members are in the company if any thing happens they make one non family and non marathi person as bakara and blame him. GM finance doesnt know the finance only do flirting and timepass in the company with girls and he doesnt have fix timings to come in the office , every one has to come on time if you late by 5mins also they will deduct the half day and there is no timings for GM motu he comes as per his schedule. Company has no future For new joiners : Its my humble request dont join this company for salary hike , your life will help in this company i bet you will resign within 6month from this company that level of worst culture and system is here , No policies in the company. You will not get any learnings and there is no advance technology also in this company/ HR will say lot of benefits doesnt gives, no bonus from last 3years , No mediclaim , no insuance , No canteen facilities, No mobile facilities , No transporatations facilities ....Read More
