To say that I've loved working with VISPL would be an understatement. Being a fresher to becoming an executive here there's never something to not learn and grow with. My career has had a great kickstart all because of VISPL and my team members and especially the CEO is someone I will all be grateful for.

I do like working at Vision India services because of friendly atmosphere. As i talk about team mates we work together to complete the project within TAT. Plus point of Vision India Services is that my colleagues are from various cultural backgrounds and employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

As i speak of dislikes the most i dislike is politic. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength, i do receive appreciation mail from client, but they mostly go unnoticed at the time of appraisal.

Generally my work in Vision India Services is Business HR and was handling off role HR Operations. Now i am handling recruitment sourcing candidates from portal, internal database and employees referrals.

First I worked as a Telecaller in Green Call Technology run by Vision India Company. It was a project run by the Central Govt. Like to say the work was very good very good. Unfortunately this project ends in May 2024 so I feel very bad.

Dislikes

Dislike is not much, the salary was late only I used to get the salary between 10th and 15th of the given month and there were some security problems because we worked on government projects and that would be a problem.

1.It has a good work culture. 2.All of my colleagues are good including all board members. 3.Definitely for better Communication skill development and other extra skills i would like to say Vision india is the best company.

The office culture is very friendly and supportive but most importantly it gives you a place to learn, earn & grow. They have internal trainings that keep happening for all employees which helps in individual growth.

worst company to work. lot of politics. Management is taking advantage of tata brand name. Tata Power itself worst company. It became worst in recent years. No work life balance. Extreme pressure. Office coming time is fixed. Outgoing time is not fixed. Very poor work culture. Tata group should think seriously about this company.
