Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. There was often a lack of clear communication between upper management and staff, leading to confusion and delays in operations. Additionally, salary payments were frequently delayed without prior notice, which caused frustration among employees. Moreover, decisions regarding staff termination appeared arbitrary at times, with little explanation given. The top management seemed to lack the necessary expertise and decision-making skills, often appearing more focused on pleasing the owners rather than addressing operational challenges. - Salary offered for some profiles is more than the market offering - There is flexibility in work hours, but often on the whims of your reporting lead - Locations of offices in Delhi NCR only - Work is related mostly to education sector, so people with that aptitude will find it good. However, other profiles also do exist.

-Salary offered is decent, but the appraisal system does not exist. It seems to be at the whims and fancies of the management. - Some teams have extreme flexible work hours, some have zero. There is no coherent policy. - HR policies on leave and other benefits is not clear. - There is no additional incentive or offering in CTC, so everything like health insurance etc has to be self managed. - HR and Management is in taters, the communication is absolutely bad.
