There is nothing which I can appreciate.

For mid level staff, no growth, work pressure too much, always have a fear of loosing job, no appraisal, no bonus, only few who are close to the senior person gets promoted. Your hard work and excellent work performance does not affect the senior officials and it does not impact on your growth, which is a worst part. Partiality is there.

- Salary offered for some profiles is more than the market offering - There is flexibility in work hours, but often on the whims of your reporting lead - Locations of offices in Delhi NCR only - Work is related mostly to education sector, so people with that aptitude will find it good. However, other profiles also do exist.

-Salary offered is decent, but the appraisal system does not exist. It seems to be at the whims and fancies of the management. - Some teams have extreme flexible work hours, some have zero. There is no coherent policy. - HR policies on leave and other benefits is not clear. - There is no additional incentive or offering in CTC, so everything like health insurance etc has to be self managed. - HR and Management is in taters, the communication is absolutely bad. You will struggle to get things done. - Onboarding process is very slow, poorly managed. - Extreme office politics which may impact your productivity....Read More

Nothing to like as such, the management is too bad. The seniors are doing their dream job as they work from home and just leave all the pressure to their subordinates.

Dislikes

No appraisal. Salary is never on time. No work life balance. Monday to Saturday. Nobody listens to you. HR are the worst. No holiday list. Just work without any leave.

Limited work, easily managable. A set template to work on.

Dislikes

No creative liberty, have to work on the set template. Top management is too slow in terms of approving or responding. Salary is never on time, they say that salary will be credited by 15th of the month but in reality it takes upto 25th or at times 28th of the month, one cannot manage their finances at all.

No Work Culture Unprofessional Management: The allocation of tasks is a mess. Important projects are handed to employees with no regard for their roles or expertise. A manager might be asked to handle clerical work, while an executive is left to make strategic decisions beyond their scope.Job descriptions are meaningless here.
