- Salary offered for some profiles is more than the market offering - There is flexibility in work hours, but often on the whims of your reporting lead - Locations of offices in Delhi NCR only - Work is related mostly to education sector, so people with that aptitude will find it good. However, other profiles also do exist.

-Salary offered is decent, but the appraisal system does not exist. It seems to be at the whims and fancies of the management. - Some teams have extreme flexible work hours, some have zero. There is no coherent policy. - HR policies on leave and other benefits is not clear. - There is no additional incentive or offering in CTC, so everything like health insurance etc has to be self managed. - HR and Management is in taters, the communication is absolutely bad. Salary is never on time, they say that salary will be credited by 15th of the month but in reality it takes upto 25th or at times 28th of the month, one cannot manage their finances at all.
