Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates help each other without any bias. A Cafeteria and game arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, management ready to listen to employees, appraisals are fair. Also, job security and no cut in salary in this pandemic time rates the company high

Dislikes

Compensation and salary hike could have been better, Career growth opportunities could have been better.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
