Training sessions are very helpful , especially for personalized education And overall. Proper planning and guidance for all the events by principal mam , vice principal.

Free training for growth as a teacher, salary mostly on time,

employer's share of pf gets deducted from your salary, poor increment, office politics, no bonus or reward of any kind, doesn't follow the grade pay scale in spite of competence and decent experience, no incentive for doing better, extra work doesn't come with monetary compensation.

Work culture is very good - open, transparent. Lot of respect amongst the team.

Distance from Railway station. Shuttle Bus service has been started by the school from station to school and back which has made life very comfortable.
