The payscale is low. You will be required to do admin job like messaging parents and asking for fees etc. Workload is high. Too much politics and null work ethics. If you dont become the favourite, you will be disregarded.

employer's share of pf gets deducted from your salary, poor increment, office politics, no bonus or reward of any kind, doesn't follow the grade pay scale in spite of competence and decent experience, no incentive for doing better, extra work doesn't come with monetary compensation.

Work culture is very good - open, transparent. Lot of respect amongst the team.

Distance from Railway station. Shuttle Bus service has been started by the school from station to school and back which has made life very comfortable.

The job is interested. I struggle first because of training I settled myself. I got chance to wear multiple hats and I got different roll experience. In pandemic i learnt how to handle situation. I learnt how people change their opinion as per situation.
