Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Worst of the companies I came across. Here the HR can shout at employees if they are on leave or going for lunch or tea outside. Worst bosses and HODs.

Dislikes

Worst management and HR. No culture. HR abuses and show a lot of disrespect. Bosses are all the same. Half day pay cut if you come 2 minutes late. I will never recommend anyone to join here.
