Worst of the companies I came across. Here the HR can shout at employees if they are on leave or going for lunch or tea outside. Worst bosses and HODs.

Dislikes

Worst management and HR. No culture. HR abuses and show a lot of disrespect. Bosses are all the same. Half day pay cut if you come 2 minutes late. I will never recommend anyone to join here.

Construction management staff a non-technical person .he is a retired army officers and supervisor rank officer handled all sites. Onwer is very polite and positive mindset but construction management higher level 2staff is very bad culture and no idea in construction .mathai vinoy &Santosh
