I’m not part of the accounting team, sitting with them has allowed me to develop additional skills and foster a friendly environment with Austin Bhai and others, especially Niraj Sir and AKM Sir. I also miss the insightful stories (mostly that cat 🐈 one)😅of my manager, the Head of HR. He taught me so much about corporate life, sharing real-life examples from his experiences. The approval process and vendor management and payment cycle are improving, albeit slowly. I remain hopeful that these challenges are resolved now. However, there are some people shifting their work onto others’ shoulders. This should be addressed and communicated to ensure fairness. And yes, saam ke nasta ko sahi karne ki zarurat hai! Worst management:- 1) Pick and drop facility for employees are not managed properly ( no vehicle provided for going site and guesthouse for any employee) 2) Worst food provided for employees 3) HR have no policy for employees welfare (No action taken from HR after any compliment raised) 4) Even water for drinking is not of good quality. 5) Limited number of vehicles are available at site which leads to delay in working. 6) Notice period is of 3 months....Read More

After leaving the organization although we clear all dues and signature from hod at site they haven't cleared my dues even after 6 months. Kne additional advantage is that they will book amount on our pan and they will not pay final salary. When we ask or put a mail to HR department poor response. No proper rules . One of the worst organization. They haven't settled my dues and keep frustration the people. When we call HR they will tell I am new to the organization and they keep on keep on giving other superior HR where they don't have politeness to behave with the ex employees. Also the HOD mr srinivasa rao behavior is like he is the MD of organization. He is like a senior site supervisor Mr guttula srinivasa rao. They are suitable to work in irrigation not to roads. Because of his idiotic behavior atleast 100 staff has changed over the last 4 years which organization management is not able to understand. All the staff also don't want to share any information without the knowledge of assumed MD at site srinivasa rao for which all the staff are running away....Read More
