- Company culture is amazing. Full of young people - WLB of my team is bad, but most of the inmobi has really good WLB. - food is amazing and free

A lot of favoritism. Product is bad, work culture is bad. If you need appraisal/promotion stick around your manager and say yes always even if you do not agree, it will make your life easier. Managers are incompetent and lack knowledge.
