There is a lot of politics, mainly the chandigarh staff are not working properly,like, sanjay sharma,surender arya,kirti ram raturi,or ashwani bhatt, Mr.kirti ram raturi taking commition for Passin technicians bill,mr. Ashwani bhatt cut the actual bill to show there post power, and the main suspect are mr.sanjay sharma or mr.surender arya Who terminated the employee,mainly service technicians,from hr without legal notice,and also without any reason...Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
