Management doesn't listen to employees , No work life balance, For staffs they have cancelled the general shift buses. They will not leave employees even the shift time is over. Poor planning and they rush in last minute disturbing others in the name of follow up. No appreciation or promotion for good performers

Job security is not there for the last one year, culture is changing into terrible, Management is not looking at the work. It has changed, such a way that the people those who say yes to the words of the plant level management, they are only taken care & there is no importance for the performance or work. During lockdown/Covid 19, there is no proper response for the employees welfare.
