Boys do not have to wait much for the expenses and in other companies they have to wait for one to two months for their expenses whereas here it is very good for this thing.

Dislikes

The most disturbing thing about the company is that the boys here do not get anything for food expenses.The percentage of employer and employee for PF and ESI is deducted from all the employees and the company does not get any share. In all the companies the salary comes between 1st to 10th and in this company the salary comes between 15th to 20th</mark>.The biggest and most important thing is that there is no way to talk to anyone in the company and they talk rudely...Read More

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
