The company needs to improve on it's technical expertise. Very narrow set of tools are used. Needs to incline more towards analytical pieces. The company does not cover parents under group mediclaim.

A great place to work and grow professionally, a personal touch by management to each individual gives comfort and confidence. Seniors nourish and help one to evolve in a structured way. Great learning opportunities in terms of analytics and consulting in pharmaceutical domain.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. Since Viscadia is focused on forecasting and leverages limited tech-stack, one might feel a little meagre.

Work Details

As an AC, I manage multiple workstreams and teams. Scoping out projects and delegating to juniors while ensuring quality of work and meeting client's expectations.

1) Favouritism is at peak in this company - Only favourites of India's top management get promotions, good increment and even off shore travel opportunities 2) The is a lot of politics - in case India's top leadership don't like you, they will make your life hell (Trust me on this) - Will not give you work, give you adhoc work and create a lot of mental pressure - which in turns impacts your mental health so much. 3) Revenue is not growing as expected and management is not putting any efforts on growth of employees 4) The culture has become very very toxic in India office even salary is lower than competitors...Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
