A great place to work and grow professionally, a personal touch by management to each individual gives comfort and confidence. Seniors nourish and help one to evolve in a structured way. Great learning opportunities in terms of analytics and consulting in pharmaceutical domain.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. Since Viscadia is focused on forecasting and leverages limited tech-stack, one might feel a little meagre.

As an AC, I manage multiple workstreams and teams. Scoping out projects and delegating to juniors while ensuring quality of work and meeting client's expectations.
