The company has no aspiration to grow! There is no job security. They are into hiring & firing mode alway. HR Dept. is the worst. Way too conservative mindset. One can not grow in this working environment. Management is clueless about everything. They can not even brief your task properly. Manager takes the credit. Also this companydo not respect women. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
