one of the worst company to work for. if someone wants to spoil their career then they can join the team. if somebody wants to have a career in freight forwarding and logistics please and please never join this company. no one is there to guide you and everybody wants to wash their hands at the time of problem. they are following only hiring and firing. seems like the operation team is not experienced enough to handle any shipment and for the sales it's horrible starting from searching customer to operations everything you have to do by yourself and without any information they will ask you to move. so be careful whoever is thinking of joining this company. suggesting you to go for a pure freight forwarding companies and branded companies where there is a chance for growth opportunity. here they will use and throw you. after resignation you have to make rounds and rounds of calls for getting your full and final settlement and bonus..
