I like the job security that virtusa gave me throughout the COVID and lockdown scenario.I am greatful to company for keeping me employed.

Dislikes

Lack of projects and opportunities in company.i hope this situation gets better in upcoming days.Also I feel salary compensation and bonuses especially variable pay are not good comparatively being an IT MNC .it lack in these areas.

Friendly environment, not hierarchy driven, good opportunities given to freshers, 3 months of training provided (for freshers), good learning experience, good salary hike, cabs provided beyond 8.00/10.00 pm if requested.

Dislikes

Improper procedure, 2-year bond for freshers, low pay, laptops (and hence work from home) provided only for higher tier employees (this was before pandemic - situation might change post pandemic)
