I really love worked with Virtusa, good environment, work life balance is very good, and employees benefits excellent

Bench resource not able to get project. Internal bench RM team not able to reach especially Chennai team. They are not provide interview opportunity very less three month only given 3 interviews only. and bench resource not able to find open project details there is no common portals.

Just my process was WFH so that was nice.

No work life balance they were thinking it's WFH so they have ours 24hr to get there work done and Extra pay cancelled overtime pay cancelled and incentives also got cancelled.

I am still waiting for virtuda onboarding update for june2024 batch

Virtusa already given the joining dates for the June 2024 batch students with all agreement signature and background verification. But suddenly before 4days if joining they have posted that there is delay in the onboarding. So now we are facing difficulties without any job. Because of virtusa I have lost my old job.now I am jobless

Probability of connecting with senior and top management which generally is not practically seen in many other services company.

No work-life balance. As with a majority of other services company, with Virtusa it is more painful than other peer companies to strike a balance between work and personal life.

The ratings which being provided is genuine. Virtusa will not give hikes once they recruit for qatar positions. Virtusa will so easily give NOC if client Intent to take you. Virtusa offers less salary as compare with other consultancies in qatar. If anybody want to come to qatar through virtusa, think twice. Uncertainty in job, insecurity in job is very much high.

The company doesn't appreciate innovative ways of thinking even though its tag line is Engineering First. Many skills in the organization are unused and for these to be explored and made use of, the right candidates should be identified and those who work for the interest of the organization should be appreciated and applauded and not by how much one is known. No work life balance, they don't care about the employee. Extended work hours. No hikes and they don't pay performance pays. Even the washroom and Infrastructure is not at all good.

If you are on bench and come across Bhavana, Soniya, and Harsha Reddy, they will make your life hell. Worst people i have ever come across. Non cooperative and always will expect you to listen to them only and not even consider your situations. They will just laugh if you tell them your problem and will force you to listen to them anyways. Worst behaviour of these people!
