work environment, team mates are worse, people don't respond properly based on regional differences also.

- There are great works which are present for doing. But in a team for new comers there is no warm welcome and also they don't encourage people based on region. Not satisfied with the management process.

There's hardly anything to like working here. My overall experience is pathetic and there's no concept of work life balance. No matter how Hard and diligently you work, one mistake and they forget everything good you have had done. I would not suggest anyone to ever considering joining this company.

The company is actually etouch which is taken over by virtusa. It's still in the process to completely become virtusa company. As working for Google process, the facilities are good.

The work culture is terrible as there is so much pressure to complete our target whereas other vendors having same process are actually good as we have seen them in the same building. No one will feel like working in such company where we need to skip our lunch or breakfast (sometimes both) to complete the work....Read More
