I have offers from BMC Software, for Product Developer- 1, Fixed 18L + 10 % variable = 19.8L and MasterCard for Software Engineer 2 , Fixed 20L + 7 % variable = 21.4 L , and Joining bonus of 1L = 22.4 L I have around 3 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot , Microservices, Could you please guide, which one should I prefer ?

Its my first company. Got trained in pega and worked in pega projects for 3 years .It was very good competitive environment. Yearly hikes are very good for pega resources.Mostly, If you are smart and hardworking u will get good opportunities.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high sometimes. I couldn't balance work life here.
