No work life balance, they don't care about the employee. Extended work hours. No hikes and they don't pay performance pays. Even the washroom and Infrastructure is not at all good.

If you are on bench and come across Bhavana, Soniya, and Harsha Reddy, they will make your life hell. Worst people i have ever come across. Non cooperative and always will expect you to listen to them only and not even consider your situations. They will just laugh if you tell them your problem and will force you to listen to them anyways. Worst behaviour of these people!

Just my process was WFH so that was nice.

No work life balance they were thinking it's WFH so they have ours 24hr to get there work done and Extra pay cancelled overtime pay cancelled and incentives also got cancelled.

What i read in negative that is right about virtusa. Let me explain virtusa dont have proper project they have only which is temporarily or Micromanagement type. All such as BA manager scrum manager and tester will put bill on devloper if something goes bad. There is manager Surya Sarvani K she is only support thier relatives and only south indians if someone from other states she will put into pip and try to way how they can terminate or let people out from virtusa. Nothing, Many many Biggg Promises but all are FAKE. Zero support from Management and all HRs are super experienced with O knowledge even how to talk to their own employees.

No one would support you from projects to professional grooming; No Respect for employees. They only believe in Only and Only Client is God and whatever client says, they would do even whether it is undoable and unrealistic. They will literally put you down in front of Client even if do not have anything to do with the project. Someone is needed to carry the blame that unfortunate person would be you. The ratings which being provided is genuine. Virtusa will not give hikes once they recruit for qatar positions. Virtusa will so easily give NOC if client Intent to take you. Virtusa offers less salary as compare with other consultancies in qatar. If anybody want to come to qatar through virtusa, think twice. Uncertainty in job, insecurity in job is very much high.

Bench resource not able to get project. Internal bench RM team not able to reach especially Chennai team. They are not provide interview opportunity very less three month only given 3 interviews only. and bench resource not able to find open project details there is no common portals.
