There is only politics in the company, very little work is done here and the only work is to blame each other. HR has no work here, just ask to talk to them. The policy changes anytime here. They trouble a lot at the time of salary increment and 1 month before the increment, they give such work that the employee is not able to do, after that they send him a performance mail.
