Nothing. Work politics could be in control with proper vigilance. But as they say, if there are 4 people gathered in a place, politics has to take place, that's what basic human nature is.

Work policy: It depends on the shift timing. People who are doing early morning shift are working from home. Or with special request of any indivisual employee wfh is given with genuine cases.
